Morgan's Refuge
Barracuda Drift 2
A steeply sloping reef where large Gorgonian Fans are found at 80 feet. Sharks and Walu (Spanish Mackerel) are also often seen along the wall. A huge school of Barracuda usually keep you company during your safety stop at the end of the dive. Good dive for the novice and the experienced (4 minutes from the jetty).
The Pinnacles 3
Situated 100 yards off the end of Golden Reef. A deep dive for experienced divers. Schools of Barracuda and other pelagies can be found here among the beautiful Sea Fan coral. Sharks and Tuna are often seen here (4 minutes from the jetty).
Golden Reef 4
Home of the valuable Golden Cowrie. An easy dive for the novice. A beautiful hard coral site (3 minutes from the jetty).
The Wall 7 & 9
Located on the western entrance to Yanuca Island and totally different to the eastern side. Features mushroom corals, turtles and a very good chance of an encounter with nurse sharks. An interesting cave is at the end of the dive. (Torches are helpful). Good dive for novices (2 minutes from the jetty).
Lion Fish Reef 8
Situated at the eastern entrance to Yanuca Harbour, divers drift along a 70 foot wall until the harbour shallows out. Many caverns and schools of Unicorn Surgeon fish and home for at least 6 different species of Lion fish. Good beginner dive spot before making the transition to the outer reef.
Nabaibai Passage 11
Situated behind Kaba Island on the western side of Yanuca Bay. Divers drift along a wall, ridged with openings and swim throughs, towards the passage entrance. Features an abundance of white tip reef sharks, Mangrove Jack and Leopard Rays. Excellent dive for the experienced. This dive is only available during certain tide and weather conditions (3 minutes away).
